The room where you go quiet is the one we work on.

You walk into the same room. Something is different.

Three weeks from now, you walk into the room you've been dreading. The one where you go quiet, or rush, or disappear from yourself.

And something is different. Not because you've rehearsed harder or prepared more. Because the physical reaction that used to run ahead of you doesn't run as far. Your breath holds. Your voice holds. You're there.

That's what four sessions can do when the problem is situational and the approach goes to the right place.

You're not struggling everywhere. You're struggling in one place.

The boardroom. The presentation. The group where you're visible and being evaluated. Everywhere else you're yourself — thinking is clear, voice is natural. But in that one context, something shifts. Pace picks up. Voice loses weight. What's completely available to you privately doesn't come through the way it should.

Think about what this has already cost.

The visibility opportunities quietly sidestepped. The meeting where you stayed quiet longer than you should have. The moment after a presentation where you knew you didn't sound like the person who prepared it.

These aren't just frustrations. A held-back promotion. A deal where presence didn't match competence. A room where your thinking didn't reach the people in it.

You've been managing this. The question is how much longer that makes sense.

This is for people who already have everything except this.

The Foundation Sprint is for capable, credible professionals whose difficulty is situational — one specific, defined context, not everywhere. People who already have the substance, the thinking, and the track record. The gap isn't what they know. It's what happens to their voice and their presence when the stakes are high and they're visible.

If that's one specific situation, this is designed for you.

The framework: The Access Method.

You've probably come across this already.

The Access Method is the framework behind all of Jimmy's work. A body-first approach to communication and presence — built around one central understanding: most breakdowns under pressure aren't technique failures. They're physiological. The nervous system reacts before the mind can intervene. Breath shortens. Voice tightens. Access to your thinking narrows.

Approaches that start in the mind — presentation training, script rehearsal, technique-based voice work — fail at this point. The body has already reacted. There's no space left to apply a method.

The Foundation Sprint works with one specific model within The Access Method: One Idea, One Breath. One breath, properly used, reactivates the parasympathetic nervous system. The voice steadies. The pace slows. The thinking that was already there comes back.

Four sessions is enough to build this into the body. Not just understand it — use it when the pressure is real.

$1,500 against the cost of the problem it solves.

A single session with a senior executive coach typically runs $400–600. No methodology, no between-session support, no structured practice framework, no accountability between appointments. The Foundation Sprint is four full sessions, daily drills, post-session summary videos, between-session feedback, and structured training materials — over a month built around a specific, contained result.

Against the professional cost of the problem it's solving, $1,500 is not a significant number.

I only take clients I'm confident I can help.

After the first session, if I don't think this is the right fit for you, I'll tell you directly and refund you in full.

By the end of session one, I know whether this is the right fit for the situation you've described. The guarantee exists because that judgement is mine to make, not yours to gamble on.

New clients are taken on in limited numbers each month.

The between-session feedback model only works at small volume — any more and the response time slips, which defeats the point. If you have a specific date or deadline in mind, mention it on the call.

At session four, you decide what comes next.

The final session is a structured review, not a sales pitch. It's a built-in part of the Sprint: where you are, what you now have, and what continuing could look like if you want it.

Some people have exactly what they came for. They leave with a solid foundation and a clear practice framework they can use on their own. Nothing further is owed and nothing is implied. The Sprint is complete in itself.

Some people want to keep going. There are two clean ways to do that, and neither is open-ended:

Another Sprint, pointed at the next situation.

The same focused four-session shape, applied to a new context. Straightforward, and the natural choice if you simply want to keep building on a specific front.

Deep Shift

The deeper programme, for going further into the underlying patterns and across more than one high-stakes context. It's offered at two committed lengths: a three-month partnership at a more active rhythm, or a six-month partnership at a lighter, more spacious one. Which fits depends on you, and we work that out together at the review.

The Sprint and Deep Shift are separate, complete programmes, each priced in full for what it is. Continuing isn't about a discount — it's about whether you want to go deeper, having already felt the method work.

This has a shape. It isn't open-ended. That's intentional.

Is this the right programme for you?

This fits if your difficulty is situational — one specific type of context, not everywhere. You're capable and trusted in your field, and the gap shows up when the stakes are high and you're visible.

It's probably not the right starting point if the pattern bleeds into most areas of your life, shows up across many settings, or reaches into how you see yourself more broadly. Deep Shift — the deeper programme — is built for that, and a discovery call is the right place to work out which applies. Most people start with the Sprint regardless, because it builds the foundation everything else stands on.

Book a Discovery Call.

The call is 30 minutes. The first part is understanding your specific situation — the context, what it's costing, how long it's been there. Then I'll tell you, clearly, which programme fits and why. Not a menu — a recommendation, and whether the Foundation Sprint is the right starting point.

No pressure to commit on the call. Plenty of people need a few days. What the call gives you is clarity.
